Q: Who are you as a company?
We are A-Z company that will take care of everything for you. We have a strong team built that includes help with permits, design, and architectural plans if needed. Please check out our About Us to learn more!

Q: How far are you typically booked out?
We typically are booked out at least a few weeks in advance, however spots may open up from time to time. Feel free to call and check with us!

Q: Will I receive my estimate the day of the appointment?
Depending on your project, we do our best to leave you with the estimate at the time of the appointment. Although sometimes we like to take the information we gathered up and take it with us so you would receive it shortly after your appointment!

Q: What does the free consultation include?
When we send out our team member they will go over the scope of the project and what ideas you have in mind, your budget, time frames and a dollar estimate to complete your project.

Q: Can I use my own vendor to purchase finish material (Cabinets, Countertops, etc) or do I have to use yours?
You are more than welcome to use your own vendor and we will be happy to work with the ones of your choice.

Q: Why is it important to have everyone who will be involved in the project at the consultation meeting when you come out?
We strongly encourage anyone that wants to be apart of the process of the remodel to be at the first appointment so we can answer everyone’s questions and take in consideration of opinions/ideas from all parties.

Q: What can I do to be prepared for the appointment?
Feel free to write down any questions you may have! We love to look at pictures and/or drawings of your dreams and ideas! Pinterest is a great way to show us what you envision. Also let us know if you have any special plans or time frames you would like us to take under consideration (Delivery due dates, Holidays, Hosting events at your home etc)

Q: Will it help if I send over pictures and plans if I have them?
Of course! You can send over current pictures and plans at any point once a appointment is set. If you do not have any no worries at all, it is not required!

Q: Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
We are a family owned business so we like to keep our team at home to enjoy time with their families.

Q: How do I get in touch to schedule my free consultation?
There are multiple ways to get in touch. You can send in requests through Houzz, Yelp, Angie’s List, Facebook, and even here on your website! You can also reach our main office at 425-416-0017.

Q: Do I need to pay upfront in order to start my project?
No. We do ask that you put a small deposit down to start the project (up to a $1000). We then will create a payment plan so that you will pay as you go. This means you will never pay for work that has not been completed.
